How I can help you

My services are split into two parts: mortgage coach and mortgage advisor. Simply, that means as your coach I help you get ready to apply for a mortgage and as the advisor, I provide you with different mortgage options and help you submit the application. When you work with me, communication is my top priority. You won’t be forever chasing me for an update; you’ll always receive the information as soon as I do, so that you can make informed decisions.

What are the requirements for a UK mortgage?

I am asked this question dozens of times every week and the short answer is, it depends on many factors.

Essentially though, the steps you need to take will include:

  1. Save a deposit (the amount you need to invest yourself)
  2. Ensure you can afford the repayments
  3. Find a property
  4. Decide which type of mortgage will suit you best
  5. Submit your mortgage application

You may need support with each element of the process and that’s where I can assist you.
